Introduction

beekeeper is an indie post-pop band from vancouver, bc. our music has been described as “a beautiful, intricate marriage of flowing orchestral harmonies and unsettling math-rock dissonance.” we are two girls and two guys with a string bass, electric guitar, drumkit, keyboard, voiceboxes, and big hearts. our first LP, avant gardening, will be released in 2010 on a bicycle made of anarchy records. we have shared the stage with acts as diverse and awesome as The Heard, Fake Shark Real Zombie!, and The Evaporators.

we are devon lougheed (tomate potate, showerhead), luke cyca (piper davis, the kitchen), donna dupuis, tamara wasiak, and eddie van halen (van halen).
