Introduction

20 year old guitarist from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada looking to just make music. I feel that I have practised enough and it is time to get my music out there, 2009 is the year to do that. I'm not sure in which direction i'm headed, but we'll find out when I get there. Til'then enjoy the tunes!

What is "Salohkin"...? Well Salohkin is just Nicholas spelt backwards except for the "C" is a "K" it just looks better with a "K"... I have been playing guitar since I was 14, I am 20 now. From the start I have always gone for the rock bands or heavy metal bands and they never worked out. I guess because I tend to change my mind alot about what I want to play and sometimes it was because the others didn't like what I did because they couldn't play it.

So I decided that for Jan 09 I was going to start my own solo thing of all instrumentals. Why January? I don't know... I figured, why not kick it off at the begining of a new year?... Anyway... so with this, every song is different and by that I mean a differnt style to each ( I think so anyway) I'm not trying to be the best, or follow the virtuoso style, I just want to make "music" sort of compose it and not only stick to guitar although that will be the main instrument that you will hear. Every tune that I put on this site is mine, I own the rights and they are all original. In closing I am always writing new stuff, still trying to find my niche. I hope you like the tunes...
