pitch correction

I would rather hear the occasional flat or sharp note than to have an artist rely on pitch correction.....any comments?

I use pitch correction to sometimes tighten up the vocals but I agree with you that having the occasional sharp/flat note is nice and REAL! This new breed of "perfect" singers pisses me off. I met a guy who told me that the one of the top paying jobs in LA now is Pro Tools pitch corrector. PUKE! I wish the labels would wake up but they're run by morons now who have no musical taste what so ever.
